kind of battling with the performance of my ocz-vertex2 under lion, not sure if the regular freezes (up to 2-3 seconds when trying to save a file or so) are due to the ssd, to flash 11, or whatever. Mac forums are terribly uninformative, not even sure if the message “IOSurface: buffer allocation size is zero” which seem to popup in my kernel log are related to the freezes, or why the system keeps trying to create a new swap page. Anyway, I found this on the way: http://www.groths.org/?page_id=322 which enables TRIM on my SSD. I’ll update the firmware as well, and see how it rolls. No issues on the macbook air with apple SSD.
